Helping American Cancer Society Turn Privacy Compliance into Business Strategy
ACS's Digital Product team understood something most organizations miss: Privacy infrastructure investments don't exist separately from business performance. They directly affect marketing effectiveness, fundraising capacity, and signal loss. The team engaged Agility Lab as a strategic partner to build and manage a privacy roadmap, implement consent management, develop a pixel and tag audit infrastructure, and translate privacy risk into executive-ready recommendations, all in close partnership with ACS's in-house privacy counsel.
Turning Earthjustice's Privacy Practice into a Public Commitment
Earthjustice approached privacy from a place of genuine belief, not compliance obligation — and engaged Agility Lab to build the framework that could carry those beliefs forward. We conducted a gap analysis, facilitated staff interviews, reviewed the organization's privacy policy, and provided technical recommendations, culminating in an established infrastructure and public-facing Privacy Values Statement.
